We are not a garage company without adequate background nor a giant flooded with customers and therefore we can guarantee an individual approach to your needs and specific requirements.
We are planning to travel to the Czech Republic, what services can you offer to us?
We can take care of everything you might need during your stay. We can arrange accommodation for you. Once you arrive, we can pick you up at the airport and transport you to your hotel. We can prepare a program consisting of tours and trips. And at the end of your stay, we can transport you back to the airport.
How can we make a reservation of:
- accommodation – if you choose one of our partner hotels, you can fill in the order form directly on the hotel page. If you choose another hotel in Prague or any other Czech town, you can send us your requirements through the main contact form. In either case, we will send you an e-mail with all information about the price, availability of rooms and payment conditions.
- trips and tours – fill in the order form below the tour/trip description
- transport - fill in the order form on the transport page
If I submit the order form on one of your pages, is it a binding order for me?
No. By submitting the order form you only express your interest in our services. Once we review your request, you will be contacted by email with further details, options, price and conditions.
What are the payment options?
Currently you can pay for the services in cash or by a bank transfer. We are working on a system that will allow payment by credit card.
How can we book more services (tours and accommodation for example)?
There are basically 4 options:
- you can fill in the order form for each service you wish to order
- you can fill in one order form and specify your requirements for the other services in the Additional comments/questions field of that form.
You want to order accommodation and transfer from airport to hotel. You fill in a form for accommodation. In the Additional comments/questions field of this form you specify that you also want to order a transfer from airport to hotel. You enter the date/time of your flight and submit the form.

I ordered some services but I haven't received any email confirmation. What should I do?

When is the last chance to cancel an order without having to pay a cancellation fee?
The latest time is 24 hours before the tour/trip or transport time. If done later, we invoice you 50% of the cost of the tour/trip or transport. For accommodation, the time depends on the conditions of the specific hotel. We will inform you about the conditions in the confirmation email that we'll send you once we process your order. For individuals the time is usually 48 hours prior to arrival.
